Karen Propelled Ahead by Peers

Whoever said that the student population was an unreliable demographic to court because of the small numbers who actually show up at the voting booths was wrong. Very wrong.

Karen, who spends part of her days as a Production Artist and part as a USC student, is still ahead -- way ahead -- of her fellow candidates. The students of USC have rallied around this candidate, and her lead has grown and grown.

Claire Connolly, who enjoyed such a solid lead in the race that she slowed down her campaigning, is now angry with herself and her advisors. She's staying behind closed doors and trying to come up with a strategy to regain her grip on the race.

Jessica Cook, who relished her brief fifteen minutes of fame, is downtrodden as well. Her spirits bruised, she's been seen scowling at her iphone.
